Loved Akira, and bought the soundtrack. I really liked the ending. The part where Cowry gets smushed inside of Tetsuo is terrible and sad and awesome all at the same time lol. Akira has always been on my list of top Anime movies

Yay at the end of the movie there is a substantial length of time where they had to animate some complex biological mutations that were happening at high speed. I have no idea how they managed it without being institutionalized lol I think you will highly impressed though. The soundtrack is also quite remarkable, in my opinion. There is one piece in particular that I love that is a lot like striking glasses full of different amounts of water. I hope you see it...it's well worth more than one watch, especially to catch everything
